Non-executive; Chair of the Management Committee
Beginning as an analyst at Morgan Grenfell in 1974 and ending as Group Chief Investment officer at Schroders from 2005 - 2012, Alan has over 40 years’ experience of fund management. Since his retirement from Schroders, Alan has held a number of trustee or advisory roles for both charitable and commercial organisations. He also served as Chairman of CDP, a climate change non-governmental organisation. Alan chairs Artemis’ Management Committee.
