Non-executive; Chair of the Remuneration Committee and member of the Management Committee
Andrew read Literae Humaniores (classics) at Oxford and then worked for seven years at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office before joining JP Morgan in 1985. In 1998 he moved to Goldman Sachs as co-director of its Asian research division and transferred to London as deputy director of European research. He left in 2006 to found and chair Chayton Capital, an alternative investment manager. He retired from Chayton in 2011 and now has non-executive, trustee and teaching roles. Andrew is a member of Artemis’ Compliance Risk & Internal Audit Committee and its Management Committee; and he chairs its Remuneration Committee.
