Complaints

We aim to provide our clients with exemplary service. Unfortunately, mistakes and problems do occasionally arise, which we will do our very best to put right. This page explains what to do in the event that you have a complaint about the service you receive from Artemis or the funds that you hold.

If you are unhappy with anything we do, please let us know. We will do our best to put things right. Equally if you would just like to check something or know where to find information, our Customer Support team is always at hand to help.

If you have a complaint, we recommend you put it in writing. But please get in touch with us by whatever method suits you best – post, phone, fax or email.

There are separate arrangements for complaints relating to

  • our unit trust and OEIC ranges of funds
  • Artemis Funds (Lux) (our SICAV range of funds)

Each of these can be found on our complaints policy page, where we explain who will deal with your complaint, how it will be handled, and should it prove necessary, how to complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

If you want to speak to our Customer Support Centre team in the first place, contact us:

  • By email: [email protected]. We will respond within 4 business days – but please be careful about your personal information as email is not a secure form of communication
  • By telephone: 0800 092 2051 (business days 8am to 6pm) or from outside the UK +44 1133 604500
  • By post: Artemis Fund Managers Limited, Sunderland, SR43 4BH
