Telling us about a change of address or personal details
If you change your postal address, email address, telephone number or bank details, you must let us know in order to ensure that we are able to contact you and verify your details. This page explains what is involved.
It is important that you keep your address and personal contact details up-to-date in order for Artemis to communicate with you effectively.
Your details will only be used for the purposes described here and will not be used for marketing purposes.
Change of address
In order to update your address, you can:
- Call us: Call our Fund Service Centre on 0800 092 2051 (from abroad +44 113 360 4500. We will ask you some security questions first, then add or update your address.
- Notify us by email: if you already have an email address registered on your account, you can send us a PDF attachment of a signed and dated written instruction, which should include the old address and new address, along with proof of the new address such as a recent utility bill. Send your email to [email protected].
- Send us a written instruction: alternatively, send a signed and dated written instruction which should include the old address and new address, along with proof of the new address such as a recent original utility bill. Post your instruction to Artemis Fund Managers Limited, Sunderland, SR43 4BH. (The original utility bill will be returned within 3-5 working days).
Adding/updating an email address
This can be done by calling our Fund Service Centre on 0800 092 2051 (from abroad +44 113 360 4500).
After completing some security questions, we will add or update your email address.
Alternatively, you can send a signed and dated written instruction to Artemis Fund Managers Limited, Sunderland, SR43 4BH.
Adding or updating a telephone number
In order to add or update your telephone number, you can:
- Call us: Call our Fund Service Centre on 0800 092 2051 (from abroad +44 113 360 4500. We will ask you some security questions first, then add or update your number.
- Notify us by email:, if you already have an email address registered on your account, you can send us a PDF attachment of a signed and dated written instruction, which should include the new number. Send your email to [email protected].
- Send us a written instruction: alternatively, send a signed and dated written instruction which should include the new number. Post your instruction to Artemis Fund Managers Limited, Sunderland, SR43 4BH.
Adding or updating bank details
- Call us: Call our Fund Service Centre on 0800 092 2051 (from abroad +44 113 360 4500). We will ask you some security questions first, then add or update your bank details.
- Send us a written instruction: alternatively, you can send a signed and dated written instruction which should include a voided cheque or a copy of the bank statement of your new account from the previous 3 months to Artemis Fund Managers Limited, Sunderland, SR43 4BH. (The voided cheque or copy bank statement will be securely disposed of)
Adding a new password
- Call us: Call our Fund Service Centre on 0800 092 2051 (from abroad +44 113 360 4500). We will ask you some security questions first, then add or update your bank details.
If you use a financial adviser
If you change your home address, email address or telephone number,, please also inform your financial adviser, and tell your adviser they should get in touch with Artemis to update our records.
